2024 Festival Application

Welcome to the 2024 MasterWorks Festival application!  

Dates: June 16 – July 14, 2024
Location: Campbellsville University in Campbellsville, Kentucky

The application deadline is March 19th, 2024 by midnight. Those received on or after March 20, 2024 will be accepted as spaces are available. Applications remain open until enrollment spots are filled.

Tuition:

Tuition, including full room and board for all 4 weeks is $4,700.

Early Bird Discounts!

Tiers of discounts for early applications are made possible by our generous donors.

  • Early Bird Scholarship #1 – Monday, January 15, 2024 at 11:59PM PST – $4,700 $3,700!
    SAVE $1000!  Full payment due by Feb 19, 2024
  • Early Bird Scholarship #2 – Friday, March 1, 2024 at 11:59PM PST – $4,700 $4,200!
    SAVE $500!  Full payment due by March 19, 2024
  • Final Application Deadline – Tuesday, March 19th, 2024 at 11:59PM PST – $4,700 – full payment due Monday, April 15, 2024

NOTE:

Application fees are non-refundable (no exceptions).

All other fees including tuition and room / board are non-refundable except in case of medical emergencies as approved by the Executive Director. 

Submit your application and full payment by the dates listed below. Please allow 10 days for the decision of acceptance. A $300 non-refundable deposit is due one week after acceptance notification, and the remainder of your tuition amount is due by date listed to take advantage of early application discounts.

  • Early Bird Scholarship #2 – Friday, March 1, 2024 at 11:59PM PST – $4,050 $3,650!
    SAVE $400!  Full payment due by March 19, 2024
  • Final Application Deadline – Tuesday, March 19th, 2024 at 11:59PM PST – $4,050 – full payment due Monday, April 15, 2024

A commuter option is available for the local students.  Please email sharalynn@christianperformingart.org for commuter details.

Tuition includes room, all meals, weekly lessons, masterclasses, and multiple performance opportunities.

If writing a check, please indicate tuition and the student name in the memo line.  Please note that online payments incur a 3% convenience fee.

Counselor applications must be submitted by March 19, 2024.  Interested Festival applicants should contact Dr. Chip Hill, Executive Director, at chip@christianperformingart.org for an application form. Counselors are awarded a scholarship equaling 1/2 of the $4,700 tuition.

Scholarships and Fellowships will be awarded and students will be notified.  Apply early for the best opportunity to obtain a scholarship.

There is no work study or work service for 2024.

Paying tuition is your commitment to attend the festival and fill the spot you have reserved. Therefore, tuition payments are non-refundable. Check out this link for ideas on raising funds for your spot at the 2024 MasterWorks Festival!
